The path
- They sign up (you have the email).
- They fund the wallet. Tell them any amount works for a test, and a small first order is smart.
- They create an API key in their account and add us as a provider.
- They import the services and place one small order for a service that delivers well.
- You tell the trainer the moment they sign up, so we can watch the first order closely.
Recommended first orders
Instagram page follows, TikTok follows, YouTube subscribes, Facebook post likes or TikTok likes.
Currency
Tell the panel which currency it thinks in. A dollar panel that reads our naira prices as dollars will lose money. The API page explains how we handle this, and the trainer will confirm for each panel.
After the first order
- Check in on day one and day three. Ask how it went.
- If something goes wrong, tell the trainer straight away. A fast fix keeps the panel.
- Ask for the second order.
Let an assistant do the heavy lifting
Turn the public API page into a short, friendly walk-through you can send a new panel owner, so their first order goes smoothly.
Here is the public instructions page for connecting a provider: [paste the text from finitasks.ng/api]. Write a numbered checklist of at most eight steps for a panel owner who has just signed up, in plain words, with what they should see at each step. Then write a friendly 50-word message I can send with it. Use only the steps in the text. If a step is missing, say 'ask the trainer' instead of guessing.
Watch out: A wrong instruction loses the panel. Check the checklist against the API page yourself before you send it.
Do this before you move on
Write the step-by-step message you would send a panel owner on the day they sign up, so they can place a first test order without needing anyone.
Answer first, then open
Which services do you steer a first-time panel toward?
The ones that delivered well: Instagram and TikTok follows, YouTube subscribes, post and video likes.
