Objections, answered honestly

The things panels say, and replies that keep the door open without lying.

'We already have a provider.'

Ask what matters most in that relationship: price, speed, drops or support. Then say you are not asking them to leave. A second provider is a backup and a source of Nigerian services the first may not cover.

'Your price is too high.'

Ask which service and what they pay today. Do not offer a discount. Say you will pass the comparison to the team, and note it. If their volume could qualify for the partner list, explain how that works.

'Do you have an API?'

Yes. It is the standard provider protocol, version 2, public at finitasks.ng/api. They can add us as a provider and import our service list.

'How fast is it?'

The first proof usually arrives in 10 to 40 minutes. Completion takes hours. Offer a small test so they can see it on their own order.

'What about drops?'

Each action is a real person's action, checked. Drops can still happen on any platform. Do not promise zero drops. Offer a trial and let the results speak.

'Who checks the proofs?'

Every order is checked by software and staff review a share of them. Do not say a person reviews every one.

'We heard bad things about Nigerian providers.'

Agree that quality varies. Say what is different here: proof on every action and review before payment. Offer a trial.

Use AI for this

Let an assistant do the heavy lifting

Practise the hard conversations with an AI that plays a difficult panel owner, before a real one tries you.

Play a sceptical Nigerian SMM panel owner who has been burned by providers. Raise one objection at a time (price, speed, drops, 'who checks the proofs', 'I want a discount', 'send me references'). Wait for my answer each time.

After each answer, score it out of 5 for honesty and for finishing with a next step, and tell me what I over-promised, if anything.

The facts I am allowed to use: [paste the numbers from Module 3].

Watch out: If you practised an answer that promised a discount, a guarantee or a name, delete it from your head. The rules in Module 1 win.

Exercise

Do this before you move on

Role-play with a partner. They play a panel owner and throw three objections at you, one of which you have not seen. You answer honestly and finish with a next step. Swap roles.

Check yourself

Answer first, then open

A panel owner demands 15% off or no deal. What do you do?

Do not agree. Say you will take it to the team, note it, and offer a small trial at the normal price.
