Your daily report, and how you are measured

What you log every day and why it decides who rises and who is paid.

20 minutesFoundationsFigures checked 27 October 2026

The funnel you are measured on

  • Researched: a prospect with all ten facts and a verified contact.
  • Contacted: a message sent, with the channel and time.
  • Replied: a real answer from the prospect.
  • Signed up: an account exists and the sign-up email is on file.
  • Funded: the wallet has money in it.
  • Ordered, then ordered again.

Every day, you log

  • Each prospect you worked on, the stage it moved to, the channel, and what was said.
  • The sign-up email for anyone who said yes.
  • Objections heard and how you answered.
  • What you will do tomorrow, and the date for each follow-up.

Ranks

  • Seed: you joined.
  • Sprout: training complete and ten prospects fully researched.
  • Stalk: your first real reply from a prospect.
  • Bloom: your first sign-up with a recorded email.
  • Harvest: a prospect you brought has funded a wallet and placed an order.
Use AI for this

Let an assistant do the heavy lifting

Turn your rough notes into a clean daily report in two minutes, and let the AI point out what you left out.

Turn my rough notes into a daily report with these parts: who I worked on and the stage each one reached, what I heard, the exact sign-up emails recorded today, one thing that did not work, and my plan for tomorrow.

Ask me about anything missing before you finish. Do not invent any entry.

My notes: [paste]

Watch out: The report must be true. If the AI fills a gap, delete what it added and write what actually happened.

Exercise

Do this before you move on

Write today's report as if you had a full day. Include one thing that did not work and what you will change.

Check yourself

Answer first, then open

Why does the sign-up email matter so much?

It is how we know the account came from you, and how you are credited.
