The ten things
- Is the site live and does it work?
- Who are its customers, and which country is it aimed at?
- Does it list Nigerian services? Which platforms, which prices, which minimums?
- What currency does it show: naira, dollars or both?
- Does it offer an API, child panels or a reseller page?
- How do people pay: bank transfer, card, crypto, Paystack, Flutterwave?
- Does it say anything about refills, cancellations and refunds?
- Who runs it, and how do you reach a person (support email, Telegram, WhatsApp, ticket system)?
- Is there a gap: a platform or service it does not offer, or a price that looks high?
- What is the single best reason this panel would want FiniTasks?
Where to look
- The panel's own services page, FAQ and API page.
- Its public social accounts and any Telegram or WhatsApp community.
- Review sites and forums, treated with caution. Many reviews are paid.
- Business directories and panel-list sites, for names only, never for facts.
Registering to look around
You may open an account to see the order flow. Use a dedicated business email and your real name, accept their rules, and do not place orders just to look credible. You are not a customer when you later contact the owner as a supplier, so do not talk as if you were.
Record it
Every panel goes into the tracker with its ten facts, the contact you found, and where you found it. A panel with no verified contact is not ready for outreach. Find a contact first.
Let an assistant do the heavy lifting
Research is reading. Paste what you copied from a panel's own public pages and let the AI pull out the ten facts, so you spend your time on thinking, not copying.
Below is text I copied from a panel's public homepage and services page. Pull out: the platforms and services they sell, any prices and the currency, whether they mention an API or child panels, how customers contact them, and any gap or odd detail I could mention in a first message. Only use what is in the text. If something is not there, write 'not stated'. Do not guess or invent any contact detail. Text: [paste]
Watch out: Never take an email, phone number or name from the AI. Contact details come only from the panel's own site, and you record where you saw them.
Do this before you move on
Fully research three panels from the seed list. Fill all ten facts for each. Your trainer will check one of them against the live site.
Answer first, then open
You cannot find an owner contact. What next?
Do not guess an email. Use the panel's support channel or ticket system and note it, or find the owner on a public business profile.
What does a good 'best reason' look like?
Specific, from their own catalogue, e.g. 'they list Nigerian Instagram likes but no TikTok follows'.
