The lines you never cross

Seven rules that protect you, the prospect and the business. Keep to them and the rest is easy.

The rules

  • Never promise a result we have not measured. No guarantees of followers, delivery times, or retention. Say what has happened, and offer a small trial.
  • Never promise a discount or a special price. Prices come from our price list. Partner rates go to accounts that qualify, and staff decide that, not you.
  • Never discuss what workers earn.
  • Never say a person checks every single proof. Every order is checked by software, and staff review a share of them. Say that.
  • Never invent clients, case studies, numbers or testimonials. If we have no proof for a claim, we do not make it.
  • Never ask anyone for a BVN, NIN, card number, password or login. Not for yourself, not for a prospect, not for a test. We turn tasks like that away, and so do you.
  • Be honest about who you are. You work with Fini. Say so. When you register on another panel to look around, use a real business identity, read their rules, and never pretend to be a customer when you are approaching them as a supplier.

Things we do not offer, so you do not promise them

  • Anything to do with identity checks or bank onboarding that needs customer BVN or NIN.
  • Instant delivery. The first proof usually arrives in 10 to 40 minutes. Completion is measured in hours.

Privacy and the prospect list

The prospect list is worth money. You get a slice of it, not all of it. Do not copy it, forward it, or share your login. Use business contacts (support, partnerships, a company email), and never collect personal numbers from people's private profiles. If someone says stop, you stop, and you note it.

Use AI for this

Let an assistant do the heavy lifting

Paste any draft message and let the AI check it against the rules before your trainer ever sees it.

I work for a company called FiniTasks and must follow these rules: no promised results or delivery times, no discounts, never mention what workers earn, never say a person checks every proof, no invented clients or numbers, never ask for BVN, NIN, card numbers or passwords, always say I work with Fini.

Below is a draft message. First list every line that breaks or bends a rule, and say which rule. Then, only after listing them, suggest a safer wording for each line.

Draft: [paste your message]

Watch out: The AI is a second pair of eyes, not the judge. If it says a line is fine and you doubt it, ask your trainer.

Exercise

Do this before you move on

A prospect writes: 'Can you guarantee 10,000 Facebook follows by tomorrow and give me 20% off?' Write the reply that is honest, friendly and keeps the conversation going. Send it to your trainer.

Check yourself

Answer first, then open

A panel asks if every proof is checked by a person. Best answer?

Every order is checked by software and staff review a share of the proofs. Offer a small trial so they can judge the results.

You are offered a BVN to 'speed up' a test. What do you do?

Decline. We never take identity numbers, and neither do you.
